Value on the TCard/Refunds:

For value added to the chip (cash-to-card) for printing & photocopying on the Downtown Campus:

If you are replacing your TCard, we must have your previous TCard in order to transfer funds to your new one. The card must be in a readable condition or we may not be able to retrieve the value on the card. The system does not track the cash you loaded to a card for printing or copying. It is recommended that you only add small amounts as needed.

Refunds will not be issued to funds added in error or balances upon leaving the University. Visit the Library’s policy for more information.
