Technology Preparations

To ensure that your TCard Remote Appointment proceeds smoothly, please ensure the follow preparations have been completed prior to your appointment.

  1. Your browser is the most up to date version.
    • Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft EDGE or Safari. Find out your browser default.
    • Internet Explorer (IE) is not supported.
  2. Check that your camera and microphone permissions have been enabled on your internet browser. See instructions located below.
  3. Test your webcam, microphone, and speaker equipment. You can use the pre-call test tool, vonage.

Select your browser to enable these permissions when signing onto CLNx.

Chrome

The browser settings on Chrome can be accessed/viewed by clicking the button with the padlock symbol, located at the beginning of the address bar.

A small settings menu will pop up and the camera and microphone should be listed immediately. 
From there, you can select Allow’ or ‘Block access to their camera and microphone.

If it does not appear, you
 may have to select Site Settings’ (the last tab on the small settings menu) and enable access from there.

Firefox

The browser settings on Firefox can be accessed/viewed by clicking the button with the shield symbol, located at the beginning of the address bar.

Select the Privacy & Security tab on the left-hand side of the page. Then, click on the Settings button for the camera.

A smaller window will appear titled Settings — Camera Permissions where you can enable access.

Microsoft Edge

The browser settings on Microsoft Edge can be accessed/viewed by clicking the button with the padlock symbol, located at the beginning of the address bar.

A small menu will appear. Select Manage for all sites.

Select the Cookies and site permissions’ tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Then, select
 Camera. The user will be able to view and modify their access from there.

Safari

The browser settings on Safari can be accessed/viewed by clicking on Safari in the top menu bar, and then Preferences
in the 
drop-down menu.

A small menu will appear. Ensure the Websites tab at the top is selected, and then select the Camera or Microphone tab
on the
left-hand side of menu. Select Allow on the right-hand side to enable access.
